ZTA-RA Anti Rutting Asphalt Additives is a directly added into asphalt mixing plant asphalt modifier, which improved the high temperature and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture. The method of using is directly mixing with aggregate and bitumen to modify asphalt mixture. Asphalt mixing temperature is 175ºC±5ºC, normally suggested dosage is 0.2%-0.4% of asphalt mixture mass, small dosage can get higher performance. For special engineering needs, please consult us. ZTA-RA combines long-life asphalt pavement, asphalt mixture viscoelastic theory. ZTA-RA greatly improves dynamic stability of asphalt mixture, water stability, durability, and improve the anti-aging of asphalt mixture. The adhesion increased between bitumen and minerals, it can be added to the Gap Graded Asphalt Mixture replace of SMA asphalt mixture, no more fibers and SBS, with decreasing bitumen usage and improving intensity and durability of asphalt. With its outstanding cost-effective advantage, ZTA-RA is an ideal for the purpose of preventing disease on asphalt pavement. |
