1. Product Description
Our plants has proven the most reliable solution for the preferred "wet-process" of rubber blending with many advantages over the competition.
With a capacity up to 25 tons per hour, ZT-JTAR is more than productive enough to provide adequate supplies. The container-size plant is compact and easily transported and offers flexible mix designs and recipes. It is equipped with a fast heat exchanger, which has high production efficiency, good mixing effect and strong pumping ability. It can be used to produce rubber asphalt, SBS modified asphalt, high viscosity modified asphalt, colored asphalt, and can be easily modified to produce hot poured sealant.
ZT-JTAR polymer modified bitumen plant often utilised by contractors who require especially durable mixes for highways, bridges, airports, viaducts and dense-traffic roads.
The equipment is used to produce modified asphalt, which consists of 1 pc of stirring tank, 2 pcs of reactors and 1 pcs of central control room. The asphalt modification process is controlled by industrial PLC, the production process is automated, dynamic real-time monitoring and display, and production records can be printed or searched at any time. The equipment has the characteristics of good quality of asphalt modification, accurate measurement, easy to operate. It is an ideal equipment for the construction of expressways, bridge decks, airports and urban trunk roads.
